交直流配电网供电恢复问题的半定规划方法研究

摘要:
随着电力电子元件的发展,柔性直流技术已经逐步趋于成熟。在传统交流配网中加入柔性直流换流装置,建立了交直流混联配电系统,并基于短路故障后的供电恢复问题,应用半定规划方法来实现快速的系统供电恢复方案。通过VSC模型进行等效,提出了一种基于模型参数的VSC换流站的等效方式,并进一步在交直流混联系统中进行潮流优化。通过IEEE33节点的改进辐射网及环网算例进行计算,并进行不同等效方式的计算分析,验证了该等效方法的合理性及高效性。

Abstract:
With the development of power electronic components, flexible DC technology has gradually been developed. In this paper, a flexible AC-DC converter is added to the traditional AC distribution network to establish an AC-DC hybrid distribution system, and based on the problem of power restoration after short trouble, a semi-definite programming method is applied to realize a fast system power restoration scheme. Firstly, with the structure of VSC model, this paper proposes an equivalent method of VSC converter station based on model parameters, then conducts power flow optimization in AC/DC hybrid system. Then, it uses the algorithm in radial and ring structured hybrid network developed from IEEE 33 nodes respectively, and the calculation and analysis of different equivalent methods are carried out to validate the rationality and high efficiency of the equivalent method.
