基于启发式规则的配电网孤岛划分算法

摘要:
随着分布式电源(Distributed Generation, DG)的大量接入电网,孤岛运行成为一种提高供电可靠性的重要方式,合理地划分孤岛具有重要意义。首先,针对配电网的特点,构建了平均层数和平均度值两个目标函数。然后,根据孤岛划分的多目标优化问题,提出了支路和节点优先级的确定方法。在此基础上,以支路和节点优先级作为启发式规则,提出了一种基于启发式规则的配电网孤岛划分算法。该算法以DG节点或以该DG节点形成的孤岛为根,采取“搜索+调整”的思路进行求解。最后,通过仿真算例验证了该算法可以有效计及联络开关、负荷的重要程度、负荷的可控程度、节点度值、节点层数和负荷量大小的因素,能够很好地解决孤岛划分问题。

An algorithm on island partition of the distribution system based on Heuristic rule

Abstract:
With more and more Distributed Generation (DG) access to distribution network, islanding operation has become an important operation mode. Therefore, it is significant to partition island reasonably. Firstly, on the basis of the characteristics of distribution networks, the average level and the average degree as the objective functions are proposed. Secondly, according to multi-objective problem of island partition, the determination method of branch and node priority level is proposed. On this basis, an algorithm on island partition of the distribution system based on heuristic rule is proposed. The DG node (or the island formed by the DG node) is as the root, and guideline of “search and modulation” is used for solving method. Finally, the effectiveness and rationality of this algorithm are validated by simulation case, which takes connective switch, load importance, controllability of load, node level, node degree and load capacity into account.
