智能配电网分布式拓扑识别与应用方法

摘要:
为实现配电网中的分布式保护与控制,提出了一种基于智能终端单元(Smart Terminal Unit, STU)的分布式拓扑识别与应用方法。对于每个STU,在该方法中仅需为其配置与之关联的静态网络拓扑信息。在一定的拓扑识别规则下,通过与其他智能终端交换信息,各智能终端可以确定馈线支路集的边界终端以及边界终端之间的连接关系,形成动态网络拓扑信息,从而实现拓扑信息的识别与存储。以配电网故障自愈、分布式电源孤岛检测功能为例,介绍了在拓扑信息分布式存储情况下的拓扑应用方法。

Abstract:
In order to realize the distributed protection and control in distribution network, a distributed topology identification and application method based on Smart Terminal Unit (STU) is proposed in this paper. For each STU, it is only needed to configure the static network topology information associated with it in this method. By exchanging information with others under certain topological identification rules, STU can confirm boundary unit of branch group and connection relationship within different boundary units, and then form the dynamic network topology information, thereby the identification and storage of topology information are realized. Taken the fault self-healing and islanding detection of distributed generation as an example, the topology application method is introduced under the circumstance of distributed storage of topology information.
