计及静态和暂态安全稳定约束的调度计划辅助决策

摘要:
为了提高调度计划的执行率,提出了计及静态和暂态安全稳定约束的调度计划辅助决策。首先,基于交流潮流和时域仿真对各计划方式进行预想故障下静态和暂态安全稳定评估,采用线性加权法计算不安全计划方式下机组有功调整措施的暂态静态综合控制性能指标。然后,根据综合控制性能指标较大的关键机组集合确定不安全计划方式前后相关的计划方式,并计及相关计划方式下机组的爬坡率约束修正机组的可调空间。再采用基于控制性能指标的启发式方法进行辅助决策计算。最后,根据辅助决策结果对计划方式进行互动迭代优化。通过甘肃电网的算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Auxiliary decision-making of dispatching plan considering static security and transient stability constrains

Abstract:
In order to improve the execution rate of dispatching plan, this paper proposes a method of auxiliary decision-making of dispatching plan considering static security and transient stability constrains. First of all, the static security and transient stability of the dispatching plans with contingencies are assessed based on AC power flow and time domain simulation. A linear weighted method is used to calculate the units’ comprehensive control performance index of the static security and transient stability to the unsafe dispatching plans. Secondly, according to the key units, whose comprehensive control performance index is large, the nearest front and back related dispatching plans of the unsafe dispatching plans are searched. And the units’ adjustable space is modified considering the unit ramp rate of the relevant dispatching plans. Then, heuristic method based on the control performance index is adopted to solve the auxiliary decision-making problem. Finally, the auxiliary decision-making results are used to update the dispatching plans through iterative and mutual optimization. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases in Gansu Power Grid.
