基于流量控制的智能变电站网络传输可靠性提升方案

摘要:
智能变电站数据传输网络化是二次回路数字化的发展趋势,但在带来数据共享便利的同时,网络风暴等数据异常问题也给二次设备安全稳定运行带来一定隐患。分析了影响数据传输可靠性的主要问题,提出了基于数据流量控制的报文管理技术,可有效提高数据传输可靠性。针对跨网数据交换问题提出了基于跨网端口流量控制的解决方案。

Data transmission reliability promotion scheme in smart substation based on flow control

Abstract:
The secondary circuit digitization based on network is the developing trend of the smart substation, which facilitates the data sharing, while brings some hidden trouble to the safety and stability of the secondary equipment due to data abnormality such as network storm. In this paper, the main problems affecting the reliability of data transmission are analyzed and the message management technology based on data flow control is put forward, which can effectively improve the reliability of data transmission. A solution based on cross-network port flow control is also proposed for cross-network data exchange.
