| 为解决广域范围内变电站自动化系统类型多、分布广及难以统一运维的问题,设计并实现了一种应用于变电站广域运维的服务管理中心。基于现有变电站、主站和检修三地的网络结构,设计广域运维服务管理中心的架构。提出服务注册、申请、监视等服务全过程管控流程,以简单服务描述语言和通用服务协议作为服务管理标准化交互方式。应用安全证书、权限、责任区等安全防护机制,实现对广域范围内变电站自动化系统运维服务的统一展现、监视和管理。变电站广域运维服务管理中心已在江苏省调、南京和苏州地调试点应用。 |

| In order to solve the problem of substation automation system which contains multi types and is distributed widely and maintained difficultly, this paper designs and implements a service management center for substation maintenance. The architecture of the wide area operation and maintenance service management center is designed based on the existing network structure which contains substation, main station and overhaul. This architecture proposes a whole process control of service which contains service registration, application, monitoring and so on, using simple service description language and general service protocol as service management standardization interaction. Security mechanism such as safety certificate, authority, and responsibility area is used to implement the display, monitoring and management of the substation automation system in wide area. The service management center for substation wide operation and maintenance has been used in Jiangsu provincial dispatch center, and Nanjing and Suzhou local dispatch center.
