计及去产能政策的光伏制造业国际竞争力模型研究

摘要:
国际竞争力表现为市场参与者能够抬高市场价格的能力,在光伏制造业市场中则表现为国际市场中光伏制造企业影响国际市场结清价格的能力。在现行的光伏制造企业产能补贴政策下,引入去产能政策,分别建立了完全竞争模型、Cournot模型、Stckelberg模型、Forchheimer模型、Forchheimer-Stckelberg混合模型和联盟合作模型模拟光伏制造业市场。以不同市场下的市场价格最大值为基准,计算光伏制造企业所拥有的国际竞争力,并且分析补贴政策及去产能政策对国际竞争力的影响。研究表明:在6种模型中,联盟合作模型的市场价格和国际竞争力最高,合适的去产能政策可以提高各模型的市场价格。

Abstract:
International competitiveness is the ability of the market participants affecting the market prices which is the ability of photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises affecting the clear market prices in the photovoltaic manufacturing international market. In the current policy of photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise capacity subsidy, the policy of reduce excessive capacity is introduced. Then, the complete competition model, Cournot model, Stckelberg model, Forchheimer model, Forchheimer-Stckelberg hybrid model and alliance model are established respectively to simulate the photovoltaic manufacturing market. The international competitiveness of photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises is calculated based on the maximum market price under different markets, and the impact of subsidy policy and reducing excessive capacity policy on international competitiveness is analyzed. The results show that the market price and international competitiveness of the alliance model are the highest in the six models, and the appropriate reducing excessive capacity policy can improve the market price of each model.
