峰谷分时电价背景下的居民电动汽车有序充放电策略

摘要:
针对现有电动汽车充电策略未考虑充电负荷超过供电容量的现实问题,提出一种包含功率限制的电动汽车有序充放电策略。该策略以峰谷分时电价为背景,通过电动汽车向电网进行馈电以及对电动汽车的充电功率进行限制,使居民用电的总负荷曲线趋于平缓,更好地起到削峰填谷的作用。同时在配电设施容量不增加的情况下,提高接纳规模化电动汽车充电的能力。最后通过蒙特卡洛仿真对算例进行分析,证实所提出的包含功率限制的电动汽车有序充放电策略较原有策略更具实用性。

An orderly charging and discharging strategy for residential electric vehicles based on peak-valley electricity tariffs

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the existent charging strategies does not consider that the charging load exceeds the supply capacity of power distribution facilities, an orderly charging and discharging strategy based on peak-valley electricity tariffs for electric vehicles with power limitation is proposed. And the residents’ load curve tends to be smooth by electric vehicles’ feeding behavior and the power limitation in this strategy, which can also have the stronger ability to peak shaving and valley filling. At the same time, the capacity of large-scale electric vehicle charging can be improved without increasing the capacity of power distribution facilities. Finally, the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the example, verifying that orderly charging and discharging strategy with power limitation proposed in this paper is more practical than original strategy.
