基于参数识别光伏接入配网永久性故障判别方法

摘要:
为了解决光伏系统接入配电网前加速自动重合闸重合于永久性故障的问题,提出了适用于光伏接入配电网的三相重合闸永久性故障判别方法。该方法以线路瞬时性故障为参考模型,通过建立线路故障线模分量数学模型,采用最小二乘算法识别线路相间电容,根据相间电容识别误差大小建立了永久性故障识别判据。当线路发生瞬时性故障时,识别值与实际值接近;而当线路发生永久性故障时,识别值与真实值差异较大。通过在PSCAD下建立仿真模型,对光伏接入配电网线路发生瞬时性故障和永久性故障进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法能够正确识别光伏接入配电网线路的故障类型,从而验证了该方法的正确性与有效性。

Permanent fault identification method based on parameter identification for photovoltaic access to distribution network

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of pre-acceleration auto reclosing is coincident with the permanent fault when the photovoltaic system is connected to the distribution network, a new method is proposed for permanent fault diagnosis of three phase auto reclosing for photovoltaic power distribution network. This method takes the transient fault model as reference, the mathematical model of linear model of line fault is established, the least square algorithm is used to identify the line phase capacitance, a permanent fault identification criterion is established based on the identification error of the phase to phase capacitance. The recognition value is close to the actual value when the line is transient fault; the difference between the recognition value and the real value is larger and when the line is permanent fault. A simulation model is established by using the PSCAD, the transient fault and permanent fault are simulated for the grid connected photovoltaic system. Simulation results show that the proposed method can identify the fault types of the grid connected PV system, and the correctness and validity of the method is verified.
