智能变电站间隔层设备智能定检作业系统的研究

摘要:
随着IEC61850标准的应用与实施,使智能变电站间隔层设备定检技术的智能化成为可能。从硬件构架和软件功能及其实现过程两方面论述了智能变电站间隔层设备定检作业系统的实现方案,从而实现规范、标准、高效的闭环自动测试,目前已成功应用于贵州电网某智能变电站间隔层设备的检测。对通用测试模板的开发、测试用例的自动生成等实现过程中的关键问题提出了相应的解决方案。该系统采用抽象化和模块化设计思路,其构建方法对智能变电站系统联调、验收等工程实践的借鉴具有参考意义。

Abstract:
With the application and implementation of IEC61850 standard, it makes the smart substation periodic test technology become as intelligent as possible. The implementation scheme of the periodic test operating system for bay level equipment of the smart substation is discussed from the hardware structure and software function and its realization process, thus realizing norms and standard, and highly efficient closed-loop automatic test. Now the system has been successfully applied on the periodic test for a smart substation bay level equipment in Guizhou’s power grid. The critical problems of the development of universal test template and automatic generation of the test cases are proposed for the corresponding solution in the implementation process. The automatic test system adopts the idea of abstraction and modularization, the construction methods and design ideas are referential to other engineering practices in smart substation, such as debugging and acceptance test.
