基于站域保护的变压器中性点地刀智能切换技术研究

摘要:
为了对变电站内变压器中性点接地进行有效的管理,确保电网零序网络基本稳定,在研究新一代智能变电站保护控制技术的基础上,提出了一种基于站域保护实现的变压器中性点地刀智能切换技术。该技术充分利用了站域保护的标准化信息交互共享机制,通过对智能切换的逻辑原理及其具体实现方式的研究,实现接地刀闸的快速、可靠、自动控制。分析表明该智能切换技术解决了传统方式现场操作复杂、施工繁琐、存在诸多安全隐患等问题。该技术可有效地实现变电站内变压器中性点地刀控制的数字化、自动化、信息化,能够有效提高电力系统的运行控制能力。

Abstract:
In order to realize the efficiency management of the transformer neutral point earthing in substation, and the zero-sequence network stability, based on the research of the new generation protection and control technology of smart substation, one transformer neutral point earthing switch’s smart switching method which is realized based on substation protection technology is proposed. This method takes full advantage of the standard information exchange and sharing mechanism of the substation protection, the study of the smart switching principle and the specific implementation finally comes to the achievement of the earthing switch’s fast, reliable and automatic control. The analysis shows that this method can solve the problems of traditional ways, for one thing, the complex operation, the complicated construction and the security risks. In a word, this method can effectively realize the digitalization, automation and informatization of the neutral point of the transformer in the substation, which can improve the operation control of the power system availably.
