基于陷波控制的LCL型光伏并网逆变器谐波谐振抑制研究

摘要:
为研究光伏并网谐波谐振现象,针对LCL型光伏并网系统,建立了光伏并网逆变器数学模型,采用频域分析方法研究多台逆变器并网时的谐波谐振问题。建立单台和多台逆变器并联的输出阻抗模型,研究不同并联台数情况下逆变器谐波谐振特性和多并网逆变器相互间的耦合关系。在此基础上,提出逆变器的陷波控制方法抑制光伏并网系统的谐波谐振。仿真结果表明,该方法滤波效果好、能够抑制LCL型光伏并网系统的谐波谐振,同时对电网背景谐波噪声也具有较好的抑制效果。

Abstract:
In order to analyze the mechanism of harmonic resonance phenomenon in PV grid-connected system, a LCL type inverter model is established, which adopts frequency domain analysis to research harmonic resonance problems when multiple inverters are connected to the grid. Besides, the inverter output impedance model of a single and multiple inverters is established to study the harmonic resonance characteristics and the coupling relationship between each inverter in the condition of different parallel numbers of inverter. A method of notch control is proposed to suppress the harmonic resonance of the system. Simulated results show that this method is good-effected in filtering, and can suppress the harmonic resonance of PV grid-connected system in the type of LCL filter; at the same time, the background harmonic noise of the grid is also well suppressed.
