| 随着智能变电站和智能调度的快速发展，现有安全稳定控制(简称稳控)管理系统存在多方面的不足。基于统一应用支撑平台，研制了新一代稳控管理系统。分析了稳控管理系统的硬件结构，设计了分层模块化的软件架构，提出了支持EMS/稳控管理一体化运行的数据库模式，实现了一体化建模和一体化数据展示。重点阐述了稳控装置的统一接入、远方控制、可视化展示、策略预警和智能告警等功能。研制的系统已经在多个电网得到成功应用，为稳控系统的运行管理和事故处理提供了技术支撑。 |

| Abstract: |
| There are many inadequacies in current security stability control management system (SSCMS) with the rapid development of intelligent substation and smart dispatch system. A new generation of SSCMS is developed based on the uniform application support platform. The hardware structure of SSCMS is analyzed and the hierarchical modular software architecture of SSCMS is designed. The database schema is proposed to support EMS/SSCMS integrated operation. The integrated modeling and integrated data displaying are implemented. The functions such as unified access of stability control device, remote control, visualization display, strategy of early warning and intelligent alarm are expounded. The system developed has been successfully applied in the multiple grid. It provides technical support for the operation management and fault handling of stability control system. |
