多层次一体化备自投系统的研究及应用

摘要:
传统备自投装置由于独立配置并且相互之间不交互信息,故难以针对区域电网实现故障后的整体快速恢复供电,并且在优先级配合上存在着隐患。针对这一情况,提出了一种多层次一体化备自投系统,共享不同电压等级、不同变电站的备自投信息。将各套不同电压等级不同用途的备自投进行层次化配置,并通过一体化逻辑命令控制各层次备自投的优先级配合。实现了区域备自投,解决了区域电网故障时的快速恢复供电问题,同时可靠防止了多套备自投的优先级配合失败风险。

Abstract:
The basic auto-transfer-switch devices are equipped independently and don’t share information each other. Therefore, with basic auto-transfer-switch devices, the fast power supply recovery for the whole regional power grid cannot be carried out, and there is a risk of multi-priority coordination failure. The paper raises a multi-level unified auto-transfer-switch system, which contains several auto-transfer-switch modules for different voltage grades or different purposes. The auto-transfer-switch modules in the system are separated into several levels according to their function and voltage grades. Information is shared amongst different levels, and the unified logic orders are transferred in the system to apply the multi-priority coordination. With the multi-level unified auto-transfer-switch system, the auto-transfer-switch for regional power grid can be carried out, and the problem of fast power supply recovery for the regional power grid can be solved. With the unified logic orders, the multi-priority coordination is applied and the risk of multi-priority coordination failure can be avoided.
