永仁-富宁直流工程三种功率输送方式自动转换顺序 控制及影响分析

摘要:
在直流输电领域,逆变站可以将直流功率直接输送到不同的异步电网,目前的直流控制保护功能无法满足这种新的功率输送模式。针对不同的功率输送模式,控制系统必须具备自动判别和顺序控制功能,并选择正确的无功控制等逻辑,这对直流系统的稳定运行至关重要。为此,基于直流系统的运行工况和逆变站交流场开关配置,系统分析了不同功率输送模式间自动转换的原理、过程和联锁条件,研究了在直流解锁工况下进行在线转换时对无功控制、最后断路器/线路保护、交流母线过电压保护的影响。研发的技术、设计的直流控制保护逻辑对今后的类似工程具有参考价值。

Abstract:
In the field of HVDC transmission, DC power can be transmitted to different AC asynchronous electrical network. The present DC control and protection function can not fulfil the new power transmission mode; based on different modes, new functions should be added in control and protection systems, such as RPC selecting logic, etc. And it’s important to HVDC transmission stable operation. As a result, based on the working condition of DC system and the configration of AC switch yard at inverter station, the auto-switch-over theory of different DC power transmission modes and the process and interlocking are analyzed; the influence on reactive power control, last line/last circuit breaker, and the AC busbar over voltage are researched. The technology of research, and the design logic has reference value for the similar projects.
