高压大功率电网新型MMC-STATCOM结构 直流融冰装置研究

摘要:
通过改进MMC-STATCOM结构可使其具有直流输出能力,实现高压大功率电网的直流融冰功能。运用三相模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multi-level Converter, MMC)的公共直流端以及MMC各相之间能量能够相互流动的特点,实现四象限运行,且模块化的设计适合用于高压、大功率的场合。应用耐压高,驱动功率小的电子注入增强栅晶体管(Injection Enhanced Gate Transistor, IEGT)作为功率子模块的开关器件,能够使装置容量得到更好的扩充,实现大电流的直流融冰和大功率的无功补偿功能。静止同步补偿器(Static Synchronous Compensator, STATCOM)也为无功补偿提供更准确和快捷的补偿能力。最后利用Matlab等仿真软件搭建三相MMC-STATCOM结构融冰装置仿真模型进行模拟仿真,结果证明此结构在电网中可稳定且快速地运行。

Abstract:
Improving the MMC - structure of STATCOM can make its have DC output ability and achieve the function of high voltage power grid DC ice-melting. Modular multi-level converter has a common DC side and energy can flow to each other between each MMC phase, with which four-quadrant operation is achieved, and it adopts modular design, which is very suitable for high-pressure and high-power situations. The power sub-module switching device, which takes new high power and low driving power turn-off devices Injection Enhanced Gate Transistor, can expand the capacity of the device and achieve high current DC ice-melting and high power compensation. Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) also provides a more accurate and efficient ability to compensate for reactive power compensation. Three-phase MMC-STATCOM simulation models are built in the Matlab software, the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation that the proposed structure can be stable and run faster in the grid.
