基于联合优化调度计算的水电站改造机组容量确定

摘要:
针对小型水电站增效扩容项目机组容量确定的问题,以长系列径流资料为依据,采用水库优化调度和水电站厂内经济运行联合计算模式,对不同的水电站装机方案进行发电量计算。再统筹考虑原有水电站建筑物的基本条件、不同方案机组的价格、效益投资比等因素,合理确定改造电站的装机容量。提出的基于联合优化调度计算确定水电站装机容量的模式,比较符合电站的实际情况,计算结果比常规的计算方法也更为准确。最后用实例对主要步骤进行了表述,可供同类电站技术改造借鉴。

Abstract:
Aiming to the problem of determining unit capacity in small hydropower station synergistic expansion project, this paper calculates power generation of different installed partial project according to long series runoff data and based on a joint calculation mode of reservoir optimal regulation and economic operation in hydropower station. Considering other influence factors, such as the basic conditions of the original structures in hydropower station, the price of the hydraulic turbine group of the different programs, investment ratio and so on, the installed capacity of the hydropower station is determined reasonably. The model based on joint optimization to determine the installed capacity of hydropower station is proposed, it is more suitable for the actual situation of the power station, and the results is more accurate than the conventional method. Finally, some examples of the main steps are described to provide experiences for the technical reconstruction of the similar hydropower stations.
