含大规模电动汽车的配电网保护技术研究

摘要:
对基于三相不可控整流桥和DC/DC高频隔离变换器类型的充电机进行了建模与仿真,分析了充电机作为负载的运行特性。在分析电动汽车用户用车行为的基础上,采用蒙特卡洛方法求出了住宅区1 500辆电动汽车充电功率日负荷曲线。针对充电负荷的负载特性及其对配电网继电保护的影响,提出了基于无功功率突变量启动的过电流保护方案,且给出了详细的整定方法及其保护的动作特性。使用PSCAD进行了方案仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所提出的含大规模电动汽车的配电网的配电线路保护方案的有效性。

Research on relaying technologies of distribution network including mass electric vehicles

Abstract:
The model of the charge pile based on the three phase diode bridge rectifier and the DC/DC high-frequency isolated converter is built and simulated in PSCAD, then the load characteristic of the charge pile is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the way how users use their electric vehicles, the Monte Carlo method is applied to find out the daily load curve of 1 500 electric vehicles' charging power. Considering the charging load's characteristic and its influence on the current protection of the power distribution line, the over current protection based on the reactive power fault component is proposed. The detailed setting method and the operation characteristics of the protection are given. The protection scheme is simulated using PSCAD, and the simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed line protection scheme of the distribution network including large-scale electric vehicles.
