新一代智能变电站中多功能测控装置的研制与应用

摘要:
为实现“系统高度集成、结构布局合理、装备先进适用、经济节能环保、支撑调控一体”的目标,新一代智能变电站提出多功能测控装置集成一个间隔的测控、非关口计量和同步相量测量功能。介绍了多功能测控装置的具体功能构成和软硬件框架。功能集成的多功能测控装置对装置的软硬件提出了更高的要求,对其中的关键技术问题进行了总结和分析。理论仿真和实际测试均表明,采用数据合并、基于Hilbert变换的无功电度算法等具体技术方案能提高数据计算效率及精度,解决了多功能测控装置研制中的关键技术问题。在新一代智能变电站示范工程中的具体应用表明,多功能测控装置能减少二次设备的数量,提高变电站二次系统的集成度。

Abstract:
To achieve the high system integration, reasonable structure and layout, advanced and applicable equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection of economy as well as supporting control integration, the new generation smart substation puts forward the requirement of multifunctional measurement & control device, which integrates measurement & control, metering of no gateway and synchronized phasor measure in an interval. The paper describes the specific function and hardware & software framework of multifunctional measurement & control device. All key technologies are analyzed and summarized to meet the higher requirement of software and hardware of multifunctional measurement & control device. Theoretical simulation and practical test verify that the proposed specific technical algorithms, such as data merge and reactive power algorithm based on Hilbert transform, can improve computational efficiency and accuracy of data and solve the technical problems of developing multifunctional measurement & control device. Specific application in demonstration project of new generation smart substation indicates that the multifunctional measurement & control device can reduce the number of secondary equipment and increase integration of substation secondary system.
