智能变电站继电保护系统可靠性分析

摘要:
基于通用设计建立220 kV智能变电站继电保护系统不同采样跳闸方式的典型结构,运用可靠性框图法构建智能变电站继电保护系统完备的可靠性评估模型并进行定量分析。采用概率灵敏度和元件灵敏度分别评估“直采直跳”模式下继电保护系统的元件灵敏度和重要度。前者给出了继电保护系统的薄弱环节,为优化系统设计提供参考;后者揭示了系统元件的重要度,指导系统运维。研究结果对智能变电站继电保护系统的设计、运维和发展具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:
The typical structures of relay protection systems in smart substation for different sampling and tripping mode based on universal design are built. Both the complete reliability evaluation models and reliability analysis for relay protection system are also finished based on reliability block diagram. Probability sensitivity and component sensitivity are used to provide the element sensitivity and importance under the direct-sampling-direct-tripping mode protection system. The former is applied to find the weak link in order to improve the system design level, and the latter is used to search for the importance of each device to guide the operation & maintenance of the protection system. Research results can be used for the planning, operation & maintenance, and development for relay protection system in smart substation.
