基于虚拟磁链定向的PWM整流器控制方法研究

摘要:
基于电网电压矢量定向(VOC),考虑PWM整流器结构与交流电机电路结构的相似性,采用类似交流电机磁链观测的方法,构造电网的虚拟磁链作为矢量控制的定向,建立通用的虚拟电网磁链定向(VFOC)的双闭环矢量控制系统。与传统的VOC方案相比较,VFOC方案可以省去交流电网电压传感器,既可以节省空间又可以降低成本。为了解决在观测虚拟电网磁链的过程中,初始值偏差对控制效果的影响,提出一种抗积分饱和的初始值观测处理方法,可以有效地解决初始值给虚拟电网磁链观测器带来的误差。试验验证了采用VFOC可以实现单位功率因数PWM整流控制,且控制器具有较好的静态稳定性和动态快速性。

Abstract:
Based on the grid voltage vector orientation (VOC), considering the similarity of PWM rectifier circuit structure and the structure of AC motors, this paper uses AC motors similar flux observation method, constructs virtual grid flux vector control as directed, and establishes a common virtual grid magnetic chain orientation (VFOC) of double-loop vector control system. Compared with the traditional VOC program, VFOC program can save AC grid voltage sensor, which can both save space and reduce costs. In order to solve the effect of the deviation of initial value on the control effect in the virtual grid flux observation process, it proposes an anti-windup initial value observation approach, which can effectively solve the error of the virtual grid flux observer due to initial value. Experimental verification using VFOC can achieve unity power factor PWM rectifier control, and the controller has better static stability and dynamic speediness.
