基于暂态分量遗传算法的小电流接地故障定位方法

摘要:
对于小电流接地系统单相接地故障定位问题,目前用于主站的定位方法较简单,不适用于结构复杂的配电网,且容错率较差。提出了一种基于暂态分量遗传算法的小电流接地故障定位方法,故障发生后,终端利用实时测量的暂态零序电流和零序电压的相位关系进行编码,主站收到编码后启动遗传算法搜寻故障区段并输出定位结果。该方法同样适用不接地系统和谐振接地系统,并且定位判据的获得比较简单,各终端之间不需要GPS对时,另外还具有一定的容错性。通过现场实际验证,证明了该定位方法的可行性。

Abstract:
Fault location methods for the neutral point non-effective grounding system single-phase grounding fault at host station are not suitable for complex network, which have weak fault tolerance. This paper presents a fault location method based on transient component genetic algorithm. The method encodes transient components using the phase relationship between transient zero-sequence current and bus zero-sequence voltage. Host station receives the code, searches for fault section by genetic algorithm and outputs search results. The method is also applicable to neutral non-grounding system and resonance grounding system, the terminals do not need GPS to compare time, and the criterion it needs is easy to obtain. The method also has fault tolerance. The on-site experiments have been carried out to prove the feasibility of the method.
