风电变流器的RT-LAB硬件在环仿真系统设计与实现

摘要:
对于兆瓦级风电变流器的控制算法研究多采用Matlab/Simulink、PSCAD和Psim等纯数字仿真软件,存在不能真实模拟风电变流器运行和不便于控制算法开发和移植等缺点。鉴于此,利用RT-LAB半实物虚拟仿真器和分布式数字控制器实现无缝连接,搭建了一套3 MW鼠笼型全功率风电变流器的硬件在环仿真平台,并进行了风电变流器的控制算法开发和验证。半实物仿真和实验结果表明,在RT-LAB硬件在环仿真平台上开发的软件算法可以直接应用到实际变流器系统中,且控制效果完全一致,该方法大大缩短了风电变流器的研发周期。

Realization and design of wind power converter model based on RT-LAB HIL system

Abstract:
The research on control strategy of megawatt-scale wind converter is widely based on digital simulation software such as Matlab/Simulink, PSCAD and Psim, which brings such shortcomings as simulating converter without authenticity and inconvenience of developing and transplanting control algorithm. On account of that, this paper establishes the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of 3 MW cage full scale wind converter system on the basis of seamless connection between RT-LAB semi-physical simulator and distributed digital controller, and then the control algorithm for wind power converter is developed and verified. The simulation waveforms and experimental results show that the control strategy proposed by this HIL platform can be applied directly to practical converter system and the effect is completely similar. This method has greatly shortened the development cycle of the wind power converter.
