基于不同可调度热源的风电出力平滑模型

摘要:
风能具有随机性和间歇性,导致风电出力具有波动性。计及供暖热源机组爬坡速率、发电出力与供暖出力间约束以及热源距离用户的供暖热水管道距离等因素,以等效风电出力波动最小为目标函数,建立基于不同热源机组的风电出力平滑模型。提出利用电力热泵作为补偿热源,将爬坡速率作为热源机组进行出力调节的响应约束,同时将热源距离用户的供暖热水管道距离转化为热水输送时间,作为风电出力调度的关键参量。模拟计算表明:1)新型风电出力调度方法可以有效平滑风电出力;2)基于不同热源的风电平滑效果存在差异,使用抽凝式热电联产机组的调节效果最好

Abstract:
Intermittence and volatility of wind result in the fluctuation of wind power. Considering the climbing rates and the heat-power feasible operation region of different heat sources and the distance between heat sources and end users, mathematical models of wind power dispatch with different heat sources are established, where minimum fluctuations of equivalent wind power are performed as the objective function. This paper puts forward electric heat pumps as additional heat sources for space heating purpose and the climbing rates as the restrict of power adjustments for heat sources, and proposes to switch the pipeline distance of hot water between heat sources and end users into transportation time cost for wind power dispatch as a key parameter. Through the numerical simulation it is revealed that: 1) wind power smoothness can be achieved effectively utilizing this novel wind power dispatch method; 2) three kinds of heat sources have different influences on the smoothness of wind power. With the extraction-condensing cogeneration units as heat source, the standard deviation of the regulated wind power is almost zero, which is treated as the best result.
