多协议以太网网关在煤矿综合自动化系统的研究与开发

摘要:
针对当前构建煤矿综合自动化系统的需要,研究开发了一种具有前置数据处理和协议转换功能的多协议以太网网关。首先选择内嵌MontaVista Linux嵌入式实时操作系统的MOXA UC-7420智能通信平台作为网关的开发平台,并以煤矿综合自动化系统中的变电站自动化系统接入煤矿综合自动化系统为背景,构建了基于多协议以太网网关的解决方案,然后重点围绕网关应用软件的设计与实现,阐述了网关应用软件的总体架构,各主要模块的设计方案及实现。最后,给出了多协议以太网网关在现场的具体应用。

Abstract:
To satisfy the requirement of constructing coal mine integrated automation system, the paper develops a kind of multi-protocol Ethernet gateway which has the function of data pretreatment and protocol conversion. The paper firstly selects MOXA UC-7420 intelligent communication platform based on MontaVista Linux embedded OS as developing platform, and then programs the scheme based on multi-protocol Ethernet gateway aiming at connecting substation automation system to coal mine integrated automation system. Following, it expatiates the desigen scheme and realization of every primary module, the main structure of the application software centered the design and realization of the gateway application software. At last, the application of multi-protocol Ethernet gateway in field is introduced.
