Abstract:With the rapid development of intelligent substation construction, the requirement for the operation and maintenances of relay protection equipment is getting higher and higher. Starting from the problems and business requirements of relay protection operation and maintenance, this paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance management mode for relay protection equipment based on mobile internet technology. With the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform as the core and the mobile terminal as the carrier, the real-time monitoring data and the whole process business data of relay protection are analyzed intelligently. As a result, real-time and on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and alarm, whole process management and control of core operation and maintenance business are realized in this system. So the traditional manual operation and maintenance mode are replaced by the mobile, visual, interactive and intelligent working mode. This paper puts forward the functional framework and standardized workflow of mobile intelligent operation and maintenance, and discusses some key issues. The demonstration application results show that the mobile intelligent operation and maintenance mode is able to improve the operation and maintenance level of relay protection significantly.
